What you'll do
Lead product design for bedding, bath, and home textiles across the private brand and wholesale portfolio
Research industry trends and weigh cost, materials, production methods, safety, and business strategy (about half the role)
Set trend direction and build balanced assortments that fit portfolio strategy
Work with merchandising on product development from concept to finished product
Partner with merchant "clients," senior leadership, and suppliers on concepts and product strategy
Hire, review, and develop your team
