About the role
Rowan is looking for a Design Manager to provide engineering and/or architectural expertise across its data center project portfolio, from site origination through operations. You'll lead the architects and engineers who design each project rather than being one of them.

What you'll do
Lead and manage architectural and engineering consultants through design, permitting, and coordination, across civil, geotechnical, architectural, structural, MEP, security, and controls
Work with Rowan's internal engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, controls) toward a cohesive building design
Provide field support during construction and make recommendations to improve constructability
Support construction documents, and review contractor work, submittals, and RFIs
Build relationships with permitting agencies and work through environmental review and AHJ approvals
Help set engineering standards and processes as the team grows
