Creative Spatial Resident - MAS (Remote)

About MAS

MAS is an award-winning experiential agency, female-founded, minority-owned, and born in Brooklyn. The team designs immersive environments, live moments, and digitally integrated experiences that challenge brands to move beyond the expected. MAS is part of the Opus Group, alongside Verve and Opus Agency.

About the role

The MAS Residency is a paid, part-time, 20-week contract (Jan 25 to Jun 11, 2027) and a deep dive into the experiential marketing industry. Residents work on real client projects and internal initiatives as part of the creative team, dreaming up the physical environments that make MAS experiences memorable, and leave with substantial portfolio work.

MAS is looking for someone with an exceptional creative eye and budding 3D spatial design skills, who can convey ideas visually and is willing to go down aesthetic rabbit holes to find the perfect reference.
