About the role
Wayfair's Retail Store Design team is looking for a Senior Manager to build and manage the projects behind its physical retail agenda. You'll manage relationships with retail design partners (architects, fixture manufacturers, and third-party project managers) and turn inputs from Operations, Merchandising, and Creative into architectural store concepts. The role works across several brands and sites at once.

What you'll do
Develop the strategy for designing and managing concepts and architectural drawings for a brand of physical stores, including footprints and fixture development
Turn the store design process into an executable plan and timeline for brand, visual merchandising, operations, safety, and facilities
Build and maintain a network of architects and millworkers to support design across the store
Work with Real Estate, Builds, and Stores leadership to set design objectives and timelines by brand and by site
Manage the design timeline, budget, and stakeholder communications
