About the Company
We're an early-stage, seed-funded company building an AI-powered real estate development intelligence platform - the tools developers and homebuilders use for site search, zoning analysis, site capacity, and feasibility.
We're founder-led, with real architecture and real estate development experience at the top, a small enough team that means real ownership from day one, working directly with the people building the product.
The Role
We're hiring someone to own feasibility study production — detailed site plans covering site layout, unit massing, and capacity studies for residential and mixed-use developments — delivered through our own platform, and to help shape the product as we build it.
We have a growing set of in-platform tools that automate more of the manual layout work over time, and you'll be a daily user of what we build. Your feedback will directly shape our product roadmap, so this is a chance to sit at the intersection of design work and product development. It's an expert user role, not a software-building one: you won't be writing the tools yourself, but your judgment on real projects is what makes them better.

What You'll Do
Own feasibility study (detailed site plan) production, delivered through the company's own platform
Produce site layout, unit massing, and capacity studies for residential and mixed-use developments
Use Revit as the baseline tool for how these studies get built
Use the platform's in-platform tools daily and feed feedback directly into the product roadmap
