The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve and design both as part of a collaborative team and independently. This individual will be responsible for creating extraordinary design solutions and inspiring design excellence. Candidates with at least 5-7 years of healthcare-specific experience are most likely to be successful in this role, however those with unique career experience or display clear potential for the role will be considered.

Ryan’s integrated process requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positive manner in tandem with local teams and cross regionally within a national design practice.

Some things you can expect to do:
Works in tandem with Client, Architects, Design Project Manager, Designers, Development, Construction and Consultants to develop documentation for coordination and construction.
Project Delivery: Leads team of interior designers through the project delivery process of a variety of sizes and scales.
Coordinates a complete and thorough set of Interior design documents to meet project goals, milestones and schedule.
Coordinates all phases of the interiors project scope from programming to construction administration, with specific attention to interior related building codes, interior detail documentation and constructability.
