Computational BIM & Design role - Remap (Clerkenwell, London)

Position: BIM & Computational Designer
Location: Flexible (In-person preferred in Clerkenwell, London)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on level of experience + competitive benefits package

What You’ll Do:
As a BIM & Computational Designer at Remap, you’ll work closely with our clients to develop cutting-edge digital tools, focusing on areas like computational design (using tools such as Grasshopper) and BIM automation (with Dynamo, Python, and C#). You'll help AEC firms unlock new opportunities through creative, strategic thinking and technical innovation.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computation or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

  • Strong familiarity with BIM software (Revit)

  • Experience or interest in visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper) and coding (Python, C#)

  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing start-up

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of the Revit API

  • Coding skills in Python or C#
