Jr. Brand Designer - Hero Cosmetics
Hero is looking for a Junior Brand Designer who can bring strategic designs to life across our platforms. The Hero Creative team develops innovative creative for every part of the business. We're a group of self-starters with a proclivity for creating the inspiring and the eye-catching. We take ideas and transform them into concepts that stick. We are looking for a rockstar candidate who is passionate about crafting strategic, analytical, and engaging creative that helps our customers better understand our mission, brand, and products. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine their creative efforts with iterative testing. This person will work closely with all members of our brand creative team and report into our Design Director.
What You'll Do:
Strengthen and further develop to Hero Cosmetics brand system
Collaborate with our campaign team to create exciting branded content
Create visual assets and experiences that connect with our community (e.g., influencer superfans, customers)
Design social content that connects with our community
Collaborate with our growth team to create engaging and analytical ads

Excellent attention to detail and very organized

1-3 years working as designer
A portfolio of design work is required for consideration
