AEC Delivery Lead - Light Table (Denver, CO)

Department:Delivery

Location:Denver, CO (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

Salary:$100,000–$150,000 + Benefits + Early Stage Equity

About the Company

Design mistakes in architectural plans lead to over $350B in construction waste every year. LightTable is lowering the cost of construction by using LLMs and computer vision to identify these mistakes before construction starts.

We started by backtesting our software with some of the world's largest real estate developers. LightTable outperformed traditional QA/QC processes in both speed and accuracy, and these developers are now starting to use LightTable on large new construction projects.

We recently raised a $6M Seed round led by Primary Ventures and Innovation Endeavors, and we're establishing strong demand across development teams while building the best AI system in the world for architectural review. We're a small, fast-moving team based in Denver, and we're just getting started.
