Homes.com is putting significant investment into a new editorial platform that will highlight and showcase architectural projects around the country. We understand the transformative power of architecture and design, and we are building a world-class writing and multimedia team to tell the stories of how they impact the way we live. Up first is a focus on condominium and co-op living, with a specific focus on the Manhattan market. We are building a new best-in-class reported editorial initiative, and are seeking informed, experienced, enthusiastic writers to join and co-create this new project.

Role Description
As a writer, you’ll be a part of a dynamic, motivated team that brings architectural sophistication to a real estate platform. Through expert reporting, you’ll write about the design of condominium and co-op buildings in New York City. Our current focus on high-end properties (like Herzog & de Meuron’s 56 Leonard, Robert A.M. Stern’s 15 Central Park West, and Annabelle Selldorf’s Park House to help consumers get a true feel for what it’s like to live in these buildings, and to understand the architectural value behind what they’re seeking. This is the first time a home listings company has taken architectural design seriously, and we are looking for experts in the field.
