As Video Lead, you’ll be a founding member, helping to build Notion’s Creative Studio from the ground up. Notion’s Creative Studio will be a centre of excellence for world-class design, illustration, and film, serving creative needs across the company and pushing forward our unique and beloved brand. You’ll be the first hire leading Video at Notion, setting up the creative vision for the team and how we express our brand through a moving picture.

What You'll Achieve:
You’ll be responsible for leading Video for Creative Studio, from ideas and inspiration, to production, to managing vendors and agencies. With support from Creative Studio’s Operations Manager, you’ll run projects end to end, from fielding requests, prioritization, driving creative and deliverables, to measuring success, debriefs, and evangelizing the team’s work. Projects will span marketing, collateral across the company, talent brand, and internal comms, working cross functionally with teams across Notion.
