Duties:
Assist in distribution of the Company’s Brand Architecture & Interior Design Standards.
Develop Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) Standards and lead design documentation and prototype review process.
Create and maintain consultant database for recommendations and RFP templates issued to consultant teams for our partner’s use.
Provide leadership and hands-on involvement in the review of Design Documentation for Interior Architecture and FF&E at all stages.
Lead the coordination efforts with cross-functional teams, actively participating in the review process, and ensuring comprehensive sign-off from all disciplines before initiating construction/fabrication activities.
