About the Role
We are seeking aVice Presidentto lead our post-sales organization and drive operational excellence in delivering complex technical implementations. This role requires building scalable systems, managing a professional services P&L, and developing world-class implementation methodologies while maintaining startup agility.
Reporting:Directly to the CEO
What You’ll Do
Build a world-class professional services function with scalable systems and methodologies tailored to the challenges of technology adoption in the built environment.
Oversee enterprise-level implementations of our cloud-based platform for large-scale builders—develop playbooks and standards for rapid and predictable customer transitions from legacy tools and processes.
Recruit and lead high-performing teams, including managers, leads, specialists, and trainers. Establish KPIs, ROI metrics, SOPs, and cross-training programs.
Champion the use of AI, automation, and innovative approaches to continually improve processes and accelerate adoption.
