Job Description:
We seek a skilled Construction Project Reviewer to join us. Duties include assessing architect/engineer reports, drawings, and redlines for construction projects, ensuring adherence to codes. The role involves identifying non-compliant conditions and engaging in discussions with legal, architectural, and engineering teams. Join our dynamic team!
Candidate Duties:
Review architect/engineer reports, drawings, and redlines.
Examine drawings approved by the authority having jurisdiction.
Follow directions and advice from Review Attorneys.
Participate in group discussions related to the review process.
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
Full-time experience in design, construction, and coordination of projects.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
Knowledge of construction materials, practices, and methods.
Basic knowledge of whole building design and construction drawings.
Competence in MS Office and Adobe pdf.
Additional Requirements:
NYS Licensed Architect or Engineer with experience in NYC DOB filing, Landmarks buildings, environmental hazardous projects, or building inspections.
