As a Store Design Sr. Specialist, you'll help shape how customers experience Best Buy through the design of innovative store environments. You'll transform customer insights and business objectives into engaging retail experiences, collaborating across disciplines to solve complex design challenges and bring ideas to life. This is an opportunity to influence future store concepts and experiences while making a meaningful impact on our customers.
This hybrid role requires working onsite Monday through Thursday at Best Buy's corporate office in Richfield, MN, with remote work available on Fridays.
What You’ll Do
Create and refine innovative store concepts and environments through final design approval.
Develop fixture concepts and partner with suppliers to evolve designs and maintain design intent.
Transform customer insights and business objectives into retail design solutions.
Manage multiple design projects while balancing priorities and feedback.
Shape future store concepts, design standards, and customer experiences through innovation and problem solving.
