Projects will range from large scale Flagship projects to smaller remodel projects. The candidate shall be responsible for managing their projects from project approval thru construction commencement. Following construction commencement, the candidate shall transition to a supportive role thru project completion. The candidate should be experienced, dynamic and motivated.

Job Requirements
Manage the store design, development and administration on 8-10 projects in various stages of development
Manage pre design and design project schedules
Assist with real estate queries and pre-lease/lease negotiations related to design and construction
Lead the coordination and management of internal department input and approvals on assigned projects
Ensure designs and design execution meet Alo Brand Standards
Develop project specific details and specifications as required
Manage the execution of internal design documents (plans, elevations, details, specifications and renderings)
