Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Concept Store Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing innovative retail environments that enhance the brand experience and engage customers. The Concept Store Designer will work closely with our brand marketing, visual merchandising, and store operations teams to ensure the store design aligns with the brand's vision and business objectives. This person has a collaborative, all hands-on deck approach, and is dedicated to creating exceptional store experiences.

What Will You Be Doing?

Concept Responsibilities:

  • Concepts innovative, new, and evolved store experiences by being brand oriented, future-focused, customer-centric and creatively driven.

  • Conceptualizes and designs multiple creative solutions for various project types (fixtures, shop-in-shops, remodels, prototype, etc.).

  • Creates comprehensive concept & design presentations including inspiration gathering, material boards, 3D renderings, elevations, mock-ups, etc.

  • Partners with internal teams and external vendors for development and to ensure timely and within budget completion of projects.

  • Ensures all design elements align with brand guidelines, enhance the experience and resonate with target customers.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities.

Store Design Responsibilities:

  • Maintains strong partnership with Real Estate and Construction teams to support capital project plans and project budget management.

  • Manage the planning and implementation of Global Real Estate projects through store design which includes all new stores, current fleet evolution and optimization, market expansions, store closures, store down-sizes, store relocations and experience remodels.

  • Consistently translates store concepts to various store formats.

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Design, or related experience.

  • 4+ years of work experience in retail design, store space planning or similar role.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up or similar.

  • Strong understanding of retail design principles, visual merchandising, and customer behavior.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of diverse business partners.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Energetic, positive, creative problem solving with a solution-based outlook.
