Lime is seeking an exceptional Visual Designer to lead our Rider and Operations experiences, you will report into the Head of UX. As the Visual Designer leader for Lime, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to implementation. You will work horizontally across all of our products to build up and implement our design framework leveraging space, typography, color, iconography, and motion to help people successfully navigate our products. You will also be able to create end to end visions of future generations of our products to inspire and enable our teams. A passion for hardware is highly valuable, as you will collaborate with our Industrial Design team to drive Visual Excellence holistically from the physical world through to the digital one. In addition to robust visual design skills, candidates should have experience identifying core user needs, crafting end-to-end user journeys and applying strategic thinking and business goals to designs. We also look for candidates who know how to work as a team since you’ll be working with product managers, product designers, and engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. Drive our design framework by working horizontally supporting UX designers and Product Managers to ensure our product is beautifully and consistently crafted to a high visual design bar
