Grubhub Design is seeking a talented Staff Product Designer to join our Design Systems team. In this role, you will be instrumental in evolving and maintaining Cookbook, Grubhub’s comprehensive design system. Your work will empower design and product teams to create high-quality, consistent experiences more efficiently. You will also help define the vision for the design system and uphold the highest standards of design quality across the organization.

The Impact You Will Make:
Create designs, specifications, and documentation for new components and patterns that serve diverse user experiences, including consumers, drivers, and restaurants
Work closely with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, ensuring the design system supports the organization’s objectives
Collaborate with product, design and engineering leadership to identify and prioritize product areas in need of component discovery, setting the vision and quality bar for the design system
Foster strong working relationships and continuously champion Cookbook across the business.
Refine and enhance the design system by incorporating feedback and staying current with design trends and best practices
