About the Opportunity:
The Core Experience (CX) org at StubHub is responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking to discover, buy, and sell tickets to their favorite live events through our web and mobile platforms. We're in search of a content design leader who can approach design through the lens of language – ensuring clarity, consistency, and user empathy throughout our product, fostering strong connections with our fans worldwide.
As the Staff Content Designer for Core Experience, you will not only establish foundational content standards to elevate our product quality but also identify and drive impactful content-led initiatives. As one of our pioneering hires in the content discipline, you will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing team and developing tools and processes to deliver high-quality content at scale.

This is a hybrid work opportunity located in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA. We have a 3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule.

Define content needs and opportunities through product audits and drive initiatives to establish content design systems such as style guides, content libraries, and term lists.
