Now we are in pursuit of a visionary leader to help us refine our strategy and ensure our construction solutions hit the bullseye for an evolving industry. As Senior Director, Construction Strategy, reporting to the VP of Construction Strategy & Partnerships, you will be the maestro orchestrating Autodesk’s long-term vision for the construction industry. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with on-the-ground decision-making. You will evaluate big moves like buy vs. build, steer market analysis, and influence our approach to the industry’s most complex challenges.You’ll work with teammates across the globe and will travel up to 30% of the time for face-to-face meetings like conferences, team offsites, and customers. We prefer for this role to be hybrid to our Boston office, but we are open to anywhere in the US or Canada remote.Relocation offered.

  • Market Mapping: Keep a pulse on the construction landscape, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and disruptive technologies that Autodesk needs to tackle head-on

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $209,200 and $338,470. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
