JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Designer, UX/UI role will be a core member of the Global UX/UI Experience Design team at Universal Destinations & Experiences, working with a cross functional team focused on identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement by executing an elegant and seamless experience. Key member in creating opportunities for revenue growth through design executions, measuring demand and loyalty marketing across the customer buying process. Executes, participates or leads the entire process from inception to execution while working collaboratively with a cross functional team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the holistic view of the product across integration (customer and technical) points to provide a superior, seamless experience from daily execution to longer-term strategies. Strong domain knowledge in marketing, analysis, personalization and engagement across digital channels.
Synthesize product design and consumer trends to recommend clear, specific solutions using a Global Design System, to meet consumer needs. Execute and provide design artifacts that support UXUI best practices across integration (customer and technical) points to provide a superior, seamless experience from daily improvements to longer-term strategies
Work closely with business, design, product and IT leaders as a point of contact for specific design initiatives.
Lead content design functions, collaborating with partners across the company to understand the needs of our teams, our audiences and implement design solutions to best serve those needs.
