Description
You walk into a room and immediately sense whether it's been carefully composed or hastily assembled. You register lighting warmth, visual clutter, exposed cables, how seating is arranged, and the overall atmosphere. Once something feels wrong, you can't ignore it. If you're ready to establish what a "high-performance school" should look and feel like, this role offers that opportunity.
2 Hour Learning is creating AI-powered private schools where students complete core academics in two hours each day, then dedicate afternoons to life skills and passion-based learning. As campuses open across the United States, the physical spaces must reflect the mission: composed, deliberate, unconventional, and unmistakably premium. This position exists to define that standard and ensure it scales consistently across all locations.
You will establish the design vision, develop layouts that diverge from conventional classroom models, and build standards that prevent brand dilution as we grow. This is not about managing vendors or overseeing facilities operations. It is focused, high-judgment design work under real constraints with clear accountability.
If you possess the discernment to define a category and the discipline to deliver quickly without compromise, we should speak.
