CO+I is responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world including infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. Within CO+I, Datacenter Construction Delivery (DCD) is responsible for delivering datacenter capacity for Microsoft’s cloud business meeting all safety, quality, sustainability, schedule, and budget requirements. TheSite Construction Managerprovides critical leadership, ownership and accountability for the team's deployment and delivery of large-scale, campus and/or regionally based delivery solutions to predictably deliver Datacenter capacity. You will oversee project execution across multiple sites, manage vendor relationships, and drive risk mitigation strategies through metrics and dashboards. The position requires effective leadership to influence internal and external partners, maintain compliance, and ensure on-time delivery of complex global construction projects. Additionally, you’ll manage a high-performing team, fostering growth and accountability while promoting safety and operational excellence.
