Who You Are:
An experienced engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
A specialist in large format additive manufacturing, robotics, construction technology, and/or concrete.
Skilled in managing R&D projects, teams, and facilities
A hands-on leader with experience designing, testing, and implementing new technologies
A collaborative, adaptive problem solver with strong communication skills
Motivated by working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
What You Will Do:As the Senior R&D Engineer, you will lead Sperra’s New York-based 3D concrete printing R&D facility. You will be responsible for leading facility operations, developing new systems for large-scale additive manufacturing, and spearheading the advancement of 3D printing technologies for renewable energy applications.
