About The RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, Architectural Design, you will partner with project management & architectural design partners to ensure timely and accurate production of design solutions for an assigned high-profile financial services client. The preferred candidate should have Architecture/Design firm experience, including corporate office financial service design management experience and be located in a commutable distance to Philadelphia, PA and be able to report to the client offices a minimum of two days per week. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do
Work closely with project management & architectural partners to ensure the timely and accurate production of design solutions that meet business objectives and vision. Understand all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, branding, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Demonstrate capability to read, understand, and apply design standards to sophisticated documents affecting commercial real estate projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
Interface directly with clients and internal collaborators to define project requirements. Prepare design scope of work and project delivery resource requirements. Partner with internal resources and external architects to deliver projects on time and within a defined budget and scope.
Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; work with internal partners to conduct standard to complex request for proposals; complete bid analysis; lead evaluation interviews, and recommend resources to clients.
