The Senior Manager of Architecture & Design is a prime contributor in the exciting growth and development of the Pizza Hut brand within the U.S. Division. This position will create and manage the restaurant design vision, kitchen operating model, innovation, implementation, digital integration, and evolution as part of the overall brand and asset strategy for transformation. They will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful design and implementation of Pizza Hut restaurant projects (new builds, relocations, remodels conversions/acquisitions, and scrapes/rebuilds) within established budget, schedule, quality and design guidelines. This position will also have responsibility for asset prototypes and design standards, and the ongoing cost management, documentation, tracking and capex reduction including the Build Smarter strategic initiative. The Senior Manager of Design & Architecture must be able to develop and execute strategies to effectively respond to the changing development and business needs of the Brand. This position will report to the Director of Development Strategy & Transformation, and partner closely with Brand leadership, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing/Supply Chain, and the broader Development Team on matters relating to development strategy and new corporate initiatives. This position must effectively coordinate and build consensus among franchisees and cross-functional partners to create and build competitive advantage for Pizza Hut via the physical assets.

Key Responsibilities Brand Image:Responsible for the creation, development and protection of the Brand Image as it relates to physical assets. This position will head a team of design professionals and coordinate with cross functional partners to create and steward the complete aesthetic for the various restaurant environments of the Pizza Hut brand nationwide encompassing both traditional and non-traditional asset formats.
