Position Role OverviewThe Senior Director of Product Management (PM) for our AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Reality Capture team is an inspirational leader dedicated to creating clear, concise visions, empowering high functioning teams, and fostering collaboration across organizational divisions to drive exceptional outcomes. This role oversees products reaching millions of customers and generating ~$3billion annually, contributing to a better world designed and made for all. As the Senior Director, you will lead a globally distributed team, driving the future product strategy for 15+ industry leading products within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC). Reporting directly to the VP Product Development AIR, you will work hand in hand with Industry Strategy, Product Marketing, Worldwide Sales, Legal and of course our customers to set the product strategy for the entire AIR organization. The ideal candidate will have deep, real-world experience in the Civil Engineering industry and a proven track record in Product Management. This role will define and drive the strategy for our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals. This position is hybrid remote and can be based anywhere in the US. An MBA is preferred.
