In tight partnership with Strategists, Creative Directors, Program Managers, and our clients, you conceive, develop and execute the experiences of discovery, learning, interaction and action that define and mobilize successful transformations.
You are strategic, conceptual, and executional, and work across all mediums, even if you bring a primary orientation.

You:
Have 6-7+ years of experience at an agency, design studio, editorial or in-house design environment
Are able to think poignantly and coherently, create inspiring expression and articulate thinking and ideas
Are a self starter
Are equipped with a strong foundation in aesthetics (typography, photography, film, composition, color, and hierarchy)
Are interested in the complexity of organizations and the systems-thinking required to work within this complexity
Thrive in ambiguity without a design brief
Generate an abundance of ideas and expressions without coveting your ideas
Are able to draw at all times from a wide range of visual and cultural references to define moods and ideas
