We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our multidisciplinary international team of strategists, designers and developers in NYC.
As a Senior Digital Designer at Base, you will have a deep understanding of multidisciplinary design with demonstrated experience across traditional and digital realms. You will collaborate with the Creative Director to lead the project team through ideation and concept development to design and implementation. You are a creatively driven person that shares our belief in simple, remarkable ideas and highly crafted brand experiences.

Compensation
The salary range for a full-time Sr. Designer role is $80,000 - $110,000. Freelance project fees depend on experience and the needs of individual projects.
Responsibilities

Lead the design of branding and digital projects through conception, execution and delivery.
