Job SummaryThis role contributes to Shake Shack’s success by leading an internal team and managing external consultants to create outstanding designs that uphold the Shake Shack experience and brand. The role is inclusive of all phases of design from due diligence through construction documents and administration with responsibility for budget, schedule, and maintaining brand identity.
Job Responsibilities And Duties
End-to-end design project management for all new restaurants; contribute to Development Team by delivering on, or exceeding the established Team goals and deliverables for all new restaurants
Manages the production of design and construction documents by internal designers and external consultants (Architects, MEP Engineers, Kitchen Equipment, Structural and Civil Engineers)
