About the role
Atoms is a builder and operator of physical automation businesses — combining software, robotics, and real-world infrastructure to transform how physical goods and services are produced and delivered. As a Senior Design Manager, you will own the building design process across multiple concurrent Atoms projects in the New York region — from test-fit and schematic design through construction documentation — managing the Architects and Engineers of Record (AEOR) who deliver each project. This role sits within Real Estate & Construction, working closely with the Structural Engineering, Construction, and Acquisitions teams to make sure every facility is designed on-brand, on-prototype, and ready to build quickly across markets.
