Summary:The Senior Design and Construction Project Lead is accountable for management of complex/critical construction projects. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally,, often at a senior level. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning.

Job Description:
Oversee the strategic planning design, delivery, and ongoing development of the workplace real estate portfolio within the region. Ensure alignment of the company’s business goals, sustainability commitments, and needs of the hybrid workforce.
Champion innovative, sustainable, and inclusive design solutions. Implement workplace design standards. Lease the delivery of office fit outs, and major capital renovations.
Act as liaison between Citi Realty Services Senior Management, Asset Management, Transaction team as well as internal Client Businesses and Business Real Estate Liaisons (BRELs), to establish project business goals and needs.
Manage relationship with multiple strategic outsourced service providers, including monitoring of performance /KPIs and any corrective actions required. Proactively assess workload trends, needs and address with external service provider and leadership to right size delivery teams.
