Job Description

Do you want to work original campaign creative in lifecycle and direct response across email, direct mail, web, video and social? AND would you like to do all that for one of the world’s most recognizable brands and our fortune 500 clients? If yes, then introductions are in order.

We are Ad Hock. Visa's internal creative agency. Just as Visa founder Dee Hock revolutionized the way we pay, Ad Hock is taking a new approach to the internal creative team by developing a fully functional advertising agency in-house. Our work is dedicated to supporting Visa’s partners and clients as an external creative agency. It’s the perfect mix of client-side and agency life!

Our agency is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development and execution of creative projects, from initial concept to final delivery. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and other creatives, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for account managers, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

This role sits on the Creative Operations team reporting into the Creative Services Director.

This is an opportunity to join the Go-to-Market team within Visa’s North America Marketing organization. You’ll be working with the best and brightest marketing, brand, and advertising teams the industry has to offer. Come join us!

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of Lifecycle/DR creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring they meet the objectives, expectations, and standards of the clients and the agency. • Manage the scope, budget, timeline, resources and creative for multiple projects simultaneously, using project management tools and methodologies. • Communicate effectively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including account managers, senior leadership, creatives, producers, developers, and vendors • Collaborate with client marketing team, and our creative team to develop and deliver innovative and effective creative solutions across various channels and formats • Communicate proactively and effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, managing feedback, and resolving issues. • Ability to optimize creative workflows and processes, identify and resolve operational issues, and improve efficiency and productivity. • Ability to maintain high standards of creative excellence, brand consistency, and industry best practices • A proactive problem solver who is organized yet adaptable when approaching projects. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. • Contribute to the growth and development of the agency's creative capabilities, processes, and culture

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications•8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications•9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD •7 or more years of work experience with a creative agency or creative team within a brand. •Experience in scoping, developing and implementing comprehensive lifecycle & DR projects. •In depth experience in independently managing all types of Lifecycle and Direct Response projects, across creative formats such as including, mail, email, web, video and social. •A proficient user of Project Management software Adobe Workfront or a similar tool. •Familiarity with licensing, rights management, and other business affairs generalities •Experience working with quick-turn content and longer format campaign rollouts •Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs and technologies

Additional Information

Work Hours:Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements:This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is149,900.00 to 195,000.00USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
