A Day In The Life (what You'll Do)

Creative Oversight

  • Responsible for elevating global brand creative output across campaigns, activities, branded initiatives, identity and events (the omni experience)

  • Define's creative strategy (across activities and platforms)

  • Identifies brand creative opportunities for consistency across channel

  • Partners with strategy to identify brand and product storytelling opportunities

  • Identifies , manages and directs tier 1 & 2 global agencies

  • Uses market trends, consumer need, and competitive landscape and to support creative strategies

  • Tracks brand & campaign performance and can interpret data to influence larger creative strategies

    • Responsible for executing on-time and on-budget

    • Inspires teams - p ushes methods, creative processes and thinking (brand storytelling, consistency, and differentiation)

    • Reports progress of projects at major stages to SVP Brand Creative

    • Executive presentation skills

    • Naturally partners with copy creative director and leads

    • Approve department level budgets, timelines & resources

    • Expert in creative direction across channels and media (digital, film, video, environments)

    • Excellent verbal & written skills (creative and comms)

    • Well-versed in current creative software

    • 10+ years of agency oversight

    • Global experience

    • Expert in turning a guest insight into impactful creative

    Qualifications

    • 15-18 years of relevant experience

    • BA, BFA Arts/Fine Arts

    • MA, MFA Arts or Fine Arts

    • Agency e xperience

    • Client-side e xperience

    • Experience directly leading a team of 10+ people

    • Market research and i nsight gathering experience

    Compensation And Benefits Package

    lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from$179,700-235,800 USDannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
