Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Corporate Shared Services Division is looking for a highly motivated Senior Architect with expertise in construction preplanning and design.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the design and delivery of construction projects across the North American portfolio in accordance with industry and company standards, integrating architectural design principles and construction planning to ensure functional, compliant, and efficient project outcomes.
Reporting to the Planning & Construction Manager, the person in this role will support the People & Property Services Department's objective of managing up to $100M in construction projects annually at primarily non-manufacturing locations.

What you’ll be doing
Develop and manage multiple design studies for projects ranging from facility renewals (roof replacements, HVAC upgrades, office interiors ) to ground-up facilities (childcare centers, fire stations).
