The Role
We are hiring a Senior Architect to take ownership of late-stage design and delivery for residential projects in Florida. This is not a traditional architecture role. We are looking for someone who can independently carry projects from advanced design through construction documentation and construction administration—while actively improving how that work gets done.
You’ll join a small, high-caliber, remote team operating at the intersection of real estate development, architecture, and building systems. While the team is distributed, this role must be based in Florida(or already licensed and ready to relocate quickly) due to active projects and site visit requirements.

Florida - Main project is in Sarasota, but open to Miami, Tampa, Orlando, and Fort Myers based candidates.
Core Responsibilities
Own architectural design development from late-stage concept throughfull construction documentation and CA
Act as the primary architectural lead coordinating structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants
Produce clean, permit-ready CD sets independently (this is hands-on)
Support active residential projects including townhomes, cottages, and small multifamily (4-over-1) typologies
