What Are We Looking ForDesigner who understands how to turn creative concepts into holistic user experience. Exceptional architectural design eye with modeling and drafting skills. Strong understanding of materials and fabrication techniques. Builds and develops relationships with vendors with general knowledge of cost implications on design. Works closely with creative and XP to ensure design integrity. Able to operate with little creative oversight from Associated 3D Design Director or higher.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Resolves complex design queries with innovative and practical solutions

  • Takes concepts from the creative team into the design phase development through to final execution

  • Develops thorough understanding of clients brand as well as their competitors

  • Demonstrates understanding and interest of all 3D Experience Design pillars, including, and not limited to: Drafting, Materials, rendering visualization, Spatial design

  • Manages multiple projects with fast deadlines; thriving in a dynamic environment.

  • Stays abreast of the competitive design landscape to better understand brand objectives, target audience and industry trends to share back with the larger team

  • Presents work internally.

  • HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Experiential Design, Theatrical Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibit Design, Broadcast Design or related field, preferred

    • 5-7 years experience preferred

    • Strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for design, and multiple examples of successfully realized experiences from development to fabrication.

    • Strong understanding of spatial and environmental design.

    • Strong in Adobe Creative Suite

    • Strong Understanding of Vectorworks

    • Strong Understanding of Cinema 4D

    • Conceptual Sketching

    • Can Read, Understand, Redline and produce basic Drafting.
