Vornado’s Retail Leasing team is seeking a Retail Tenant Design & Construction Coordinator to managing retail tenants through all stages of the design and construction process. Responsibilities include review of retail tenant design, writing landlord work letters, creating leasing plans, managing landlord work, and tracking tenant construction. The Retail Tenant Design & Construction Coordinator works across disciplines, collaborating with property management, building engineers, construction managers, and outside design and engineering consultants. The role requires holding tenants to a high design standard, while assuring that Landlord Work and Tenant Work is completed on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and extensive experience in retail construction. This position reports directly to the EVP of Retail Leasing.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Review Tenant's plans to meet Tenant Design Guidelines
Review Tenant’s plans and advise to elevate design standards
Establish project schedules and track important lease dates and construction milestones to communicate effectively across departments and ensure timely completion of Landlord and Tenant work.
