We’re currently seeking a talented, resourceful, and open-minded Project Manager to join our growing New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, global business.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in technical design and production. You’ll manage multiple creative projects—from large-scale global rollouts to one-off bespoke installations—ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Oversee the creation, management, and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project documentation, ensuring compliance with CAD and internal standards.

  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams across offices.

  • Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

  • Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and status updates to stakeholders, proactively addressing any challenges or delays.

  • Ensure successful on-site project implementation, managing logistics, timelines, and contractor coordination.

  • Conduct site visits and technical surveys as needed.

  • Oversee production schedules and quality control.

  • Provide technical support using SolidWorks and Rhino.

  • Prepare presentations and documentation using MS Office and Adobe Suite.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (must).

    • Must be based in New York.

    • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or technical production.

    • Proficiency in CAD software, especially SolidWorks and Rhino (must).

    • Skilled in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

    • Strong ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

    • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
