About The PositionAs the International Retail Development Project Manager, you will work to influence the development and implementation of regional and locally relevant retail locations by closely collaborating with regional Distributor and Columbia brand teams.

How You’ll Make a Difference
Lead retail development by managing end-to-end project briefs, timelines, and design for new retail locations across INTL distributor regions
Own retail process through developing and implementing systems that enhance collaboration and accountability among internal teams and external stakeholders
Support strategic retail growth leading retail projects that elevate the brand and drive revenue, while aligning retail development with marketing and merchandising goals
Manage retail design by guiding, developing, and providing feedback on 2D floorplans and 3D space designs
Support retail operations leading quarterly audits, maintaining mapping tools like Sitewise, tracking regional retail performance, approving local fixture production, and managing legal agreements for retail development
Act as the main point of contact for all IDR retail inquiries and ensure alignment across internal teams and regional retail partners
Oversee the implementation and updates of new and current retail concepts, ensuring brand consistency and meeting regional expectations
Maintain strong partnerships with internal retail teams and external vendors in Portland, China, and Geneva to ensure accurate production and delivery of retail fixtures
