Real Estate Associate (Adaptive Reuse / Hotel-to-Multifamily)

📍 Location: Atlanta or New York (Hybrid)

💼 Experience: 3–5 years in real estate investing (multifamily and/or hospitality preferred)

Ori is transforming the way we live in cities. We convert underperforming hotels into Class B+/A- multifamily housing using award-winning robotic interiors that maximize space and enhance design. We're seeking a smart, driven, and entrepreneurial Real Estate Associate to help us launch and grow the real estate platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, underwrite, and help close real estate deals in major U.S. markets

  • Lead market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on acquisition opportunities

  • Work directly with senior leadership on investment memos, deal structuring, and joint venture negotiations

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during the feasibility process

  • Help shape the future of adaptive reuse and housing innovation
