Danish Kurani is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a freelance (contract) basis. In this crucial role, you will oversee the successful execution of complex architectural projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of architectural projects, including programming, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration

  • Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and conflicts throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations

  • Coordinate the submission of permit applications and other regulatory approvals

  • Mentor and supervise project managers and junior staff members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for architectural projects

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish

  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building systems

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
