Danish Kurani is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a freelance (contract) basis. In this crucial role, you will oversee the successful execution of complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of architectural projects, including programming, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and conflicts throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations
Coordinate the submission of permit applications and other regulatory approvals
Mentor and supervise project managers and junior staff members
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for architectural projects
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
