As Creative Project Manager you will manage end-to-end project management and process optimization engine for the Creative Studio. You will be responsible for creative timelines and budgets, resource management, creative implementation tools, creative development process, day-to-day project management and overall business management for multiple large and complex projects and programs.

$110.6K/yr - $166K/yr

As a Creative Project Manager, you will…

  • Develop and drive a strategic approach to projects and programs based on the project brief.

  • Guide clients through the creative process from kick-off to the delivery of projects and programs.

  • Build relationships with clients to understand business objectives, establish trust, create open communication lines, and strategically partner with creative leads to guide work through all levels of approvals.

  • Manage projects in accordance with and influences project, program and account management methodologies.

  • Drive complex, cross-functional enterprise projects and programs by leading high-performing, often globally distributed teams.

  • We’d Love To Hear From People With

    • 5+ years creative project and program management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integrations, procurement, human resources and communications.

    • 5+ years directly managing clients and serving as primary account contact.

    • 5+ years managing complex, large-scale or multiple mid-sized creative projects.

    • 5+ years building and mentoring teams.

    • 2+ years mentoring other project managers in project and program management.

    • 5+ years in large, matrixed organization and creative agency.
