Summary
Chobani is establishing a new architectural practice to shape how our spaces are designed, built, and experienced. We’re looking for a Project Manager, Architecture to be a key part of this buildout, working alongside our Senior Director of Architecture to work closely with internal stakeholders and deliver projects with precision and excellence.
Responsibilities
Participate in all architectural calls, capturing notes, and track stakeholder tasks in project management tools
Manage day-to-day project operations, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to schedules
Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, consultants, architects etc to move projects forward
Support Senior Director in reviewing contracts, leases, architectural drawings - highlighting key items for senior review
Maintain clear documentation and project trackers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliverables
Ensure a high standard of detail, discretion and executional excellence

Requirements
5+ years of experience in a project manager role in construction or architecture
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
