We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the execution and delivery of furniture projects, both procured and custom-manufactured, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of furniture & design projects within the multifamily sales vertical. This role involves discussing project requirements with clients, reviewing and providing feedback on design proposals, managing contract execution, overseeing payment and installation services, and ensuring any post-project issues are addressed promptly to achieve 100% client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, goals, and expectations. Serve as the internal execution partner for the client to communicate with throughout the project lifecycle.
Design Review:Review draft proposals and design plans from the design team. Provide constructive feedback to ensure that designs align with client objectives and project requirements.
Proposal Feedback:Solicit and incorporate client feedback on proposals and designs, making necessary adjustments to meet their needs and preferences.
