About the Position
As a member of NHLBI’s Space + Design Branch (SDB), the project manager executes a wide variety of micro/small/medium interior renovation projects to enhance research laboratory and office workplace environments. The SDB project manager acts as an internal owner’s representatives in support of NHLBI’s mission. The SDB team maintains an extensive portfolio of all NHLBI space, coordinates day-to-day workplace needs through minor interior renovations, and also manages larger renovation projects ranging from $50K-$5M in scale.
You will work with renowned scientific, clinical, and administrative staff to translate their workplace needs into high quality physical solutions. Project types range from biomedical research laboratories, hospital clinics and commercial offices.
