About the Position
We are looking for an experienced designer to join our Creative Engagement team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team of talented designers to transform concepts from initial sketch to a finalized print or digital design.
We’re looking for someone with a methodical approach to work and a meticulous attention to detail who is eager to take on a variety of projects and help out wherever necessary. The projects you’ll work on will be wide-ranging, and could include hands-on design for items like t-shirts, board games, conference booths, logos, and much more.
Additional responsibilities of the role will include:
Retouching and adapting existing designs for new sizes, formats, or variants
Quality checking and preparing final press-ready files based on vendor specifications
Identifying any graphic inconsistencies and ensuring artwork remains in line with our visual brand
Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Supporting the auditing, updating, and housekeeping of design files and assets
This position sits within Jane Street’s Creative Engagement team, a close-knit and nimble group that continues to grow alongside the firm. You’ll jump right into a variety of projects with little red tape and a quick feedback loop — an environment that really lets the creative process shine.
