Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who've shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. In 2024, we raised a $53M Series B fundraising round with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution. We are seeking a product leader to join Higharc's growing team at the Product Manager or Product Lead level. You will spearhead the definition and implementation of features for the Higharc Studio Building Information Modeling System. Your work will drive Higharc's growth and development, ultimately improving the design and construction of homes for builders and homeowners alike. The ideal candidate must have experience defining and driving the product roadmap for complex technical solutions. A background in product management for creative software tools and web-based applications is essential. Experience with CAD tools and the AEC domain is a significant advantage. Higharc is fully remote; this role can be based anywhere in the continental US.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of Higharc Studio, the first fully featured BIM system for the web
Implement the product roadmap and vision for new design features, based on user research, customer feedback, and industry trends
Collaborate closely with engineering and go-to-market teams to translate long-term strategy into detailed requirements and agile sprint plans
Work cross-functionally to integrate input from sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define GTM strategy and optimize revenue
Drive continuous improvement of Higharc Studio capabilities, ensuring it remains at the forefront of residential design technology
