If you are a Preconstruction/Project Manager with BMS, MEP, Data Center Expertise, please apply!Title:Preconstruction/Project Manager - Data CentersLocation:West Coast Primarily - Santa Clara, Portland or Dallas Offices - Some Travel as necessarySalary:$190k-$220k+ - Depending on ExperienceRequirements:7+ years of experience in preconstruction and estimating, with at least 3 years focused on mission-critical or MEP-intensive projects, Data Centers, BMS expertise, Project ManagementWhat You Will Be Doing -Manage the full preconstruction process from project pursuit through handoff to operations. - Lead internal and external coordination of drawings, specifications, and scope development for white space/server hall build-outs. - Analyze design documents for completeness, constructability, and cost efficiency. - Develop clear scopes of work and bid packages for critical trades, with a strong focus on MEP, controls, containment, and electrical infrastructure. - Guide design decisions based on schedule, budget, and availability of materials and systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field required.

  • 8+ years of experience in preconstruction and estimating, with at least 3 years focused on mission-critical or MEP-intensive projects.

  • BMS Systems expertise strongly desired, Customer/Client relations

  • Proven track record of leading preconstruction efforts for data center server hall fit-out or similar technical build-outs.

  • Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, switchgear, CRAH/CRAC units, containment, and structured cabling.

  • Experience with GMP, lump sum, and design/build project delivery models.

  • Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Accubid) and construction tools including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
